Not calling for a quick fix action, the Minister declared that his Ministry is about to outline a plan to get talented kids from across the federation for the forthcoming Common Wealth Games in 2014, ahead of the next Olympics in Brazil 2016. He also declared President Goodluck Jonathan's desire for the nation to win 5 gold medals in Rio 2016.
