The talks between the federal government and organised labour over the severance package of PHCN workers have yet again ended without a resolution.

At the end of the two-day talks in Abuja, more intrigues appeared to be playing out. While the Minister of Labour, Mr. Emeka Wogu told journalists that talks will continue till an agreement is reached, the head of the labour delegation, the Trade Union Congress president, Mr. Peter Esele said there might not be another meeting in sight, insinuating a possible deadlock in the negotiations.
