A few days ago, the Islamic sect; Boko Haram decided to have General Muhammadu Buhari to be their negotiator during ceasefire agreement between Federal Government and the group on a round table, a move initiated by the sect but the offer was rejected by the former military officer of the Nigerian Army saying he does not know anything about the group nor does he believe in their ideology and he does not also believe in their system of operations.
