as posted by the channelA public affairs analyst and a member of the ruling People's Democratic Party, Phrank Shuaibu, has said that there is a 'grand design' by the party to impeach Governor Chibuike Amaechi of Rivers state 'the same way they did to (former Governor) Dariye'.
The National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP, on Monday, suspended Governor Amaechi, as a member of the party over the crisis rocking the state chapter of the party.
Former Governor of Plateau State, Joshua Dariye was impeached in 2006 after being accused of corruption.
