National Assembly's Score Not In Tandem With Nigerians

All the tiers of government in the country have scored themselves high for the mid-term review report yet Nigerians are not happy and things are not working the way it should in the country.

This is according to the saying of Chike Chude a public analyst who was a guest on our breakfast show Sunrise Daily.

"Well, you know the beauty of this is that all the organs of government has given itself pass mark, the judiciary has fared well, the executive have done wonderfully well from what they say and the legislature

"So you ask yourself why are things not working and then most importantly, why are Nigerians not happy with their institutions?

Chude analysed further that President Goodluck Jonathan walked into his own trap by assessing his own administration and giving it a pass mark.

"That is the issue, I think the president emphasized on that when he was talking about his own scorecard and talked about the need not to run away from being subjective and of course, he also walked into his own trap by assessing his own administration by giving it a pass mark subjective

And that is also what you have seen on the floor of the National Assembly by assessing themselves so well"

He stated that the marking that the National Assembly scored themselves might not be in tandem with that of Nigerians as the national Assembly is always at the centre of controversy in most cases and this transcends heavily in the mind of Nigerians.
