13:38Now PlayingThe uncertainty of the perpetrators, uncertainty of prosecution and uncertainty of Justice have been identified as factors fuelling the insurgency in Nigeria's north east that resulted in the abduction of over 200 schoolgirls.
"The fact that the perpetrators of terror attacks are not known, the fact that no one has been prosecuted and the fact that we are not certain of getting justice when these criminals are taking to court, are fuelling the crisis," the Executive Director of Spaces for Change, Victoria Ibezim-Ohaeri, said on Tuesday, on Channels Television's programme, Sunrise Daily.
Ibezim-Ohaeri also said that lack of the political will to do what was needed to end the insurgency, as shown by Nigerian leader, was also contributing to the deterioration of the crisis.
She stressed the need for the government to trace the source of the funds that the terrorist group, Boko Haram, use.
