INEC has also begun pockets of voter education programs while advising the political parties to do same to their supporters.
Arising from elections organized in several states which have been commended, there are many who believe that while the election umpire is getting better in the area of organization and execution of the election, the security aspect of the whole process has not been perfected.
Out on the street, many of the people that spoke with us have varied reactions but security appears to be the major bone of contention. Can this be settled? How quickly can it be done?
