He said that the NCAA would continue to ensure that all airliners abided by the regulations.
"We will keep encouraging airlines to ensure that they have customer service desk in each airport to ensure that problems are resolved as fast as possible," he said.
He, however, stressed that delays and cancellations of flights were inevitable in the airline business.
