9:45Now PlayingOn #Nigeria2015 supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party has blamed the Independent National Electoral Commission for the postponement of the elections earlier scheduled to hold on February 14 and 28.
They said that the IENC was not ready to conduct the election, as only 68 per cent of the voters had received their voter cards.
The elections will hold on March 28 and April 11.
