A lawyer, Mr Jiti Ogunye said Nigeria had the right to borrow money, but expressed worries that the oil-rich nation was becoming a perennial borrower.
Another analyst, an economist and a development banker, Akin Oyebode, said that as much as borrowing money was not a crime, the utilisation of the funds borrowed should justified.
