10:22Now PlayingIn order to ease the burden and challenges of owning a house by residents of Ogun State, the state government has launched a scheme tagged “OPIC Home Advantage Purchase System” targeted at people working in Ogun State and residents.
Unveiling the scheme at a press briefing held at the headquarters of the Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation (OPIC), the General Manager ,Mr Babjide Odusolu, informed intending homeowners they are expected to pay a 30% down payment of the total cost of the building.
