6:48Now PlayingThe Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees is requesting for a probe of local governments across Nigeria, alleging that most state governments divert their funds for personal projects.
At a press conference in Abuja on Monday, the union requested that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari should beam its anti-corruption searchlight on the local governments.
The President of the union, Mr Ibrahim Khaleel, told reporters the Local Government Joint Account, as operated by the States was a huge fraud.
