He said that leadership is all about responsibility and not reserved for certain people, as erroneously believed.
"Wherever there is a responsibility to be carried out, you need leadership," he said.
Mr Kolade was the Chairman of Subsidy Re-Investment Programme (Sure-P) under the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
