Ambassador Martin Uhomoibhi, was Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs up until 2010. He was also Nigeria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Switzerland, from 2007 to 2010.
But, he is mostly remembered as the former President of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
