He wants the bank to operate a single interest digit, insisting that 25 per cent and 30 per cent interest rate was an aberration at a period like this.
"It is my opinion that the Minister of Finance should have a discussion with the Central Bank Governor to make the economy grow and get out of recession.
"How can you make people to go to the bank to borrow money and invest at a time the interest rate is 25% to 30%," he said.
