The CWAG is a bipartisan group of the chief legal officers of 15 western states of the US & 3 pacific territories. It's pry function is to provide a forum for the legal officers to cultivate knowledge, cooperate on concerns & coordinate actions which improve the quality of legal services.
They also have international exchanges, one of which is this session which was held at the Lagos Business School. It attracted judges & of course lawyers, the prosecutors and the defence.
