2:28Now PlayingBenue State Governor Samuel Ortom has dumped the political party, All Progressives Congress (APC).
The governor disclosed this on Monday, at the Government House in Makurdi, the state capital, while swearing in his Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Jerome Torshimbe.
Explaining the reasons behind his action, the governor said he has been sent out of APC and is currently exploring a new option to actualise his future ambition.
