In the last week, there have been protests by two opposite groups over the relocation of the facilities.
According to reports, the neighbourhood, a predominately residential area has been subjected to untold hardships by operators of these tank farms in the past four decades.
Pollution, fears of fire outbreak, unending traffic by petrol tankers among other issues remain a major concern.
