Grace Osadebe started selling the delicacy popularly called 'Bole' and well as grilled fish' in 1987 at a corner shop in the 'Garden city ‘. From the proceeds made over the years, she saw all her four children through university.
Today, they join in their mother's business using social media to display the products and introduce new varieties.
Gist Nigeria visits her at the 2019 annual 'Bole' food festival recently held in Port Harcourt.
