The convener of revolutionnow movement, Mister Omoyele Sowore and his co-detainee, Olawale Bakare, have each filed a suit of N500million before the federal high court in Abuja against the director-general of the department of state services, Yusuf Bichi and the attorney-general of the federation, Mr. Abubakar Malami for violation of their rights and continued detention.
They are also seeking an orderof perpetual injunction restraining the service from further violating their rights in any manner whatsoever
Mister sowore and Bakare have both been in detention since august when they were arrested and charged for treasonable felony.
