The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has called for the strengthening of police-community relations to effectively tackle crime in the country.
Mr Adamu who spoke at the south south security summit held in Asaba, the Delta State Capital, stressed that unless the communities cooperate with the Police, tackling crime would be difficult in spite of resources and personnel deployed.
