The Independent National Electoral Commission has delisted 74 Political Parties in what maybe Nigeria's journey to Electoral Reforms ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
INEC chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, explains that the commission took the decision after reviewing the performance of political parties after the 2019 general elections.
As it stands now, there are 18 Political Parties in Nigeria, one of which is currently in court challenging its de-registration.
