The Supreme Court has dismissed the application filed by the APC and its Governorship candidate in Bayelsa State Mister David Lyon for lacking in merit.
Justice Augie who read the court’s decision says the decisions of the court are final.
She adds that the applicants failed to point out errors and no court on earth can review the judgment of the court.
