Nigeria has recorded a total of 5,162 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and that’s according to the latest figures from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
The NCDC also puts the number of patients discharged at 1,180 and deaths at 167.
The new cases were confirmed in 14 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with Lagos State recording the highest cases at 58, followed by Kano with 46 cases.
