1:31Now PlayingEbonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari not to change the service chiefs against the call by the National Assembly.
The State Governor made the appealed on Friday while laying the foundation stone of the Nigerian Army Reference Hospital in Abakaliki, the State Capital.
He stated that instead of changing the service chiefs, there is need to increase the military funding and other logistics to enhance the military programme that would enable effective security, stressing that constant change would not help rather the military needs the full cooperation of the citizens at all levels to succeed in its security operations.
