Governor Umahi disclosed this while briefing journalists at his country home in Uburu, after a virtual meeting with the five governors from the east geopolitical zone of the country in attendance.
The meeting which focused on a wide range of issues included security and cooperation.
He said governors in the five south-eastern states dissociate themselves from a bi-partisan meeting convened by some stakeholders from the region and urged them to instead speak out and condemn killings carried out by criminal elements within their domain.
