The workers who are stating their demands during a protest at the National Assembly say they have waited patiently for 3 years to resume, done almost 75% of the necessary documentation as government workers, and have been screened to no avail.
A spokesperson for the group Iyanuoluwa Babatunde says they are also demanding the payment of three years salary benefits and allowances as well as full implementation of the National Assembly service commission ad-hoc committee report on 2018 recruitment
Meanwhile, the commissioner North West in the National Assembly Service Commission Mister Bilami Shinkafi says the commission is aware of the problem and is looking for a solution.
