This will curtail issues of police brutality and harassment against Nigerians and ultimately help restore confidence in the police.
Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, Bisi Makanjuola disclosed this in an interview with our judiciary correspondent, Shola Soyele.
He also said that as part of the demands from the lawyer's protest of Jan. 11, bail must continue to be free. He urged members of the public to timeously report to the NBA Human Rights Desk issues of police brutality and harassment.
