From EVs to robots. 🚗 ➡️ 🤖 Elon Musk thinks humanoid robots will make Tesla worth $25 trillion.

During Tesla’s shareholder meeting, CEO Elon Musk emphasized his intention to shift Tesla’s focus from being an electric vehicle maker to becoming a company that specializes in producing robots.

Musk believes that the Optimus robot, which Tesla introduced as a concept in late 2021 and has been actively developing since, could become Tesla’s flagship product.

Musk said that Tesla plans to employ over 1,000 of its own androids next year, and added that the company is already testing two Optimus robots on the factory floor.
