NonSequitur Show: Releasing Kyle Curtis's and my Emails to the public

After speaking to my laywer he has said it is fine to release emails relating to case against Kyle Curtis filed in N.C. Manditory Complex Businss Court. I have given it a lot of ethical considertation as I normally never release private information, however after talking with people I believe there is a higher ethical principle to be held here by being transpartent to the NonSequitur Show fans as I have promised them I would be. Many of my close friends have seen these emails and know I was telling the truth all along, which is why they have stood by me since day one. Other people who have not seen these emails had to try to fill in things with false narrative and erronous conclusions. That is because they never had any idea of the actual facts of the matter, nor cared as their goal was to try to attack my character and honesity...not actually learn the truth.

To be demonstrated with evidence:

1) No funds were ever hidden or intended to be hidden.

2) Kyle asked me to turn the show over to him for SEO reasons.

3) Kyle was going to send me papers for the LLC he never sent and claimed I signed them "ffiguratively"

4) We did have a partnership.

5) I offered to give him partnershpi on Teespring (Which he then tried to take 100% of)

6) Explaining my medical again, where I merely wanted to review paperwork to see how it would affect me given my SECONDARDY coverage was muich more local. My PRIMARY coverage is and has always been VA which is not contingent upon income and I have a 0% disability rating. I don't receive a dime in medical payments nor have I ever.

6) I didn't care how I got paid. NOTHING was ever to be unreported (under the table) as I make it very clear ALL taxes were to be paid PROPERLY. I was just getting sick of waiting for payment and was like freaking bring me cash if he had to and Kyle (jokingly) said he would (not in emails), I just didn't care at that point how I got paid. Merely that I did get paid. Kyle continually refused to show me the P/L report (Profit and Loss or "books") that would have all the income and expenses for the business. (Google/YouTube analyitcs are NOT the books!). The books contain the expenses for advertising, equipment, software and all revenue streams. I needed to know details of what we made and how much we spent to make it to accurately gauge how much I was owed.

The last number i saw on YouTube (give or take) was around $49,000 total, StreamLabs around $800+, Patron $1000 to $1500 a month for about a year (varied). So given the channel total with Teespring, paypal and all revenue sources the minimum total was probably around $60,000+. Half of which was owed to me.
