YouTube Description
as posted by the channelWe aren't playing with Kyle. He has until tonight to turn over NonSequitur Show before we take further action by ordering a motion to show cause why has failed to immediately turn over NonSequitur Show and all related accounts. We will be reading letter by my Lawyer and other things. I have also sent a demand letter with all related court documents to YouTube headquarters. If YouTube turns over the channel before Kyle does, that will be a contempt charge as well when we file for our motion to show cause for failure to turn over additional accounts, as well as failure to turn over books by WED 5th of February (14 days from Jan 23rd the date order was signed.)
TL:DR
1) Kyle said "Sue me"
2) I did
3) I won
4) Kyle has to return all accounts to me
5) Failure to do so results in a contempt of court charge
6) Kyle goes to jail.
We are at step 4 atm.
