as posted by the channelThis is VERY preliminary and different people seemed to have different things they heard. So I welcome what you think judge said...come share with us. I want to make sure we get the best possible information out there until we get an official transcript.
Will check against official transcript when we get it.
Judge seems to have indicated that he would have already ruled on service being proper, but having conflicting affidavits from Kyle and Ben, and with Kyle's own statements, the judge apparently wants completeness and I believe for what to turn over to the DA for criminal charges.
Shawn Hufford's notes: "(to scottie lee): and so uh, i am concerned about making the determination of credibility without having the full record, and i would have to tell you, right now, uh, but for the august 24th affidavit, i would say that you've totally failed to live up to (garbled) presumption."
