Video by Astronomy Live.

Kyle Curtis is being sued by Steve McRae for stealing thousands of dollars from a YouTube partnership. After Kyle was served the papers, he didn't respond and defaulted on the judgement. Ever since then, he has claimed he wasn't served at his address and thus the default judgement should be set aside.

However, it looks like Kyle was busy submitting FORGED documents to the court to make it appear as if he was not living where he was served. Astronomy Live shows you how you can tell if the documents were altered along with how to double check your work. If your name is UNIRock2, you might want to take some notes.
