Chris Williamson sharing this with Stephen Bartlett is a needed reality check.

More pressure does not automatically create better results. Overloading yourself does not make you stronger. It just makes you scattered. Just like your body has limits, so does your attention and energy.

Stoicism teaches intentionality. To move forward, something else has to be released. Progress is not about doing more. It is about choosing better. When you stop pretending you can carry everything, clarity returns.

Put something down so you can pick the right thing up.
