The Biden-Harris administration created a dietary guidelines committee stacked with a bunch of progressive activists and the committee said just 2 weeks before the election that they want to LIE to Americans and say that beans, lentils, and peas are the best source of protein.
Not because that’s true or healthy for Americans, who should be eating MORE protein from protein-dense sources like red meat and chicken. No, these activists are recommending we call beans, peas, and lentils the best sources of protein because they don't have as big of a carbon footprint.
And of course, the Biden-Harris administration is waiting to implement these guidelines until AFTER the election. Because lying to Americans about high protein sources isn’t a good look.
If Trump wins though, you already know RFK is gonna smack this guidance down. So vote accordingly.
