YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe most popular story in America is this Signal group chat story from the Trump administration and I would argue that the third most popular story is the Trump administration sending Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador and a judge blocking those deportation flights.
It turns out that the US District Judge James Boasberg, the man who blocked those Venezuelan deportation flights is the same judge who has been assigned to oversee the lawsuit concerning the use of the Signal app by Trump officials.
A watchdog group called American Oversight is suing the Trump administration over its belief that officials, including Sec. of State Marco Rubio, used the Signal app to discuss sensitive military operations, potentially violating federal record-keeping laws.
James Boasberg has become incredibly controversial — with a lot of people on the right, including President Trump, suggesting that he be impeached for his outwardly left-leaning bias. Judges are supposed to remain unbiased in the political sense, obviously we have an idea he was appointed by Obama, but they’re not supposed to be attending fundraisers for political parties. That’s just above the pale.
