YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Supreme Court has made a final ruling on whether to allow the Trump administration to continue deporting illegal immigrants en masse under an 18th Century wartime law.
The Trump administration was using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal immigrants with ties to gangs under the belief that illegal immigrants do constitute a foreign invasion from a foreign nation, even though the US hasn’t declared war on these illegal immigrants. A federal judge named James Boasberg, a very controversial guy, ruled that these flights had to stop. And claimed he was unclear on whether the Trump administration could use the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegals.
The Supreme Court ruled on Monday night that the Trump administration can continue to use that act to deport illegal immigrants, BUT they must get a court hearing before they are taken from the United States. Those court hearings must take place in Texas, not in Washington DC.
