A government-funded center in the middle of Los Angeles handed us a brand-new meth pipe — free, no questions asked. We went inside the Skid Row Care Campus with a hidden camera to see how California's $26 million-a-year "harm reduction" experiment actually works.
What we found: staff handing out pipes, syringes, and drug supplies to anyone who walks up. And on the two blocks around the campus since it opened — four homicides, over 1,200 police calls, and overdoses nobody is even counting.
President Trump has ordered the Attorney General to investigate federally funded sites that distribute drug paraphernalia. The feds should start right here.
