In 2002 he joined the U.S. Navy, ultimately completing the grueling training to become a member of the select U.S. Navy SEALs. Since completing his military service, Remi has had successful careers in writing, speaking, and films. He appeared in the 2017 franchise film Transformers: The Last Knight, and served as the lead technical advisor on the Netflix production 6 Underground. Remi also partners with City Hope in La Mesa, California, where he mentors at-risk and inner-city youth.
