1) Bring something the company doesn't already have - This can be an idea, a skill, or unique insight that will make you indispensable.
2) Focus on making the company better - Make sure to demonstrate ways that you personally make the company more efficient.
3) Prove that you can represent the brand - Employers also want to see that you'll be an excellent representative of the company in the world. No one will hire an employee who hasn't proven they'll be an asset in front of clients and won't embarrass them on Instagram.
