Some Tehran residents are welcoming the partial restoration of the internet in Iran. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian ordered authorities to restore internet access on Tuesday. Monitoring group NetBlocks said the partial restoration came on day 88 of Iran's latest internet blackout. Iran also restricted internet access amid mass anti-government demonstrations, which began in late December 2025.
