Love and his alleged co-conspirator, 18-year-old Taylor Jamie Chan, have been charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, according to investigators. Love appeared in court in Boise, Idaho, on August 27, and is being transferred to Oregon for further hearings. Chan has elected to have a preliminary hearing in Oregon.
