as posted by the channelWieambilla, Australia Mass Shooting
After the tragic shooting incident that left six people dead, including two Australian Police Officers, the Queensland Police Union has called for a reform of Australia's weapons licensing system.
The head of the Queensland Police Union, Ian Leavers, told Today that in order to best stop any shootings in the future, a comprehensive look at weapon licensing protocols needs to take place to best prevent any future shootings.
It is still unknown where the shooters obtained the "considerable weaponry" they used in the ambush attack on a Wieambilla property on Monday night, approximately 300 km west of Brisbane.
According to Leavers, even if "there are more questions than answers" regarding what transpired, it must be thought about whether the national weapons database may be improved.
