YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFlorida Permitless Carry
Starting July 1, 2023, individuals will be able to carry concealed firearms in public without a concealed carry permit or training. While I initially thought this was already possible in Florida, I understand people's concerns about the lack of training requirement.
Responsible gun ownership is crucial, and I believe that obtaining training is essential. Although I disagree with burdensome requirements that make it difficult for law-abiding citizens to exercise their constitutional right, I urge anyone who decides to carry a firearm to get proper training.
It's not that complicated to access information and training resources. Platforms like YouTube offer numerous videos on firearm safety and responsible carry practices. Additionally, there are affordable trainers available at local gun stores or ranges.
With freedom comes responsibility, and it's important to be accountable when exercising our rights.
The consequences of mishandling firearms are significant, regardless of whether training is mandatory. We should seize the opportunity to educate ourselves and ensure that we carry firearms responsibly. Anti-2A Critics may argue that this change will lead to an increase in criminal activity, but the truth is that criminals already carry firearms regardless of the laws in place.
Many of the previous requirements were arbitrary and served as revenue-generating measures rather than ensuring safety.
While I support the removal of unnecessary burdens, I emphasize the importance of self-education and continuous firearm learning.
Owning a firearm is a tool for self-defense and protection, and it is our responsibility to know how to use it effectively. Let's be responsible gun owners and seek the knowledge and training needed to handle firearms safely.
I firmly believe in utilizing the most effective means to protect those I hold dear.
It's in moments like these that I strongly recommend considering self-defense insurance. Protecting ourselves and our loved ones shouldn't come at the cost of our financial security.
I think USCCA is the best, which is why I work with them, and they do offer my followers special FREE bonuses to become a member with a 365-day money-back guarantee.
