Not a single person in the video had a firearm—or even attempted to step in and stop the attack. They just stood there, recording.

This attack could have been stopped in seconds, but instead, it dragged on because no one had the means—or the courage—to act.

It’s the same nonsense we hear about gun control. When it’s a violent person, they blame the gun. But when it’s a violent dog, suddenly, it’s about personal responsibility.
