as posted by the channelA woman working the night shift at a 7-Eleven in Oklahoma was strangled over a counterfeit bill. She fought for her life, legally defended herself with her OWN gun… and 7-Eleven FIRED HER for not dying.
This wasn’t “property theft.” This wasn’t a shoplifting dispute. He put his hands around her neck and threatened to cut her head off.
She tried to de-escalate. She tried to call the police. She retreated until she couldn’t retreat anymore — and only then did she shoot.
Police reviewed the case and said she was legally justified under Oklahoma self-defense law.
But instead of supporting a mother who fought to stay alive, her employer threw her away like trash — all to “protect corporate policy.”
Here’s the message that sends the whole country:
Die quietly, or you’re fired.
If you carry a gun for self-defense, this story should terrify you — because even when you do EVERYTHING right, even when the law protects you, you can STILL lose your job, face lawsuits, and get destroyed financially afterward.
That’s why legal protection matters.
That’s why training matters.
That’s why gun owners can’t afford to be naive.
