YouTube Description
as posted by the channelHere’s the livestream that tons of you have been begging for: let’s talk what I’ve learned works (and what doesn’t work) in my 44 years (yes I turn 45 soon) of anti-ageing research, experimentation, and from my sorta father-in-law skincare doctor. I’ve never done Botox/fillers/surgery so I can’t speak on any of that, but I’m gonna talk topicals, lasers, skin protection strategies, and the newest in emergent skincare and anti-aging skin medicine. I’m also gonna talk holistic full-body care that impacts the face. And I’m gonna warn you about all the shit out there that doesn’t work—unfortunately a lot of so-called antiaging products don’t work.
I’ll also keep $ in mind: not everybody gets access to free/cheap stuff via a family member like I do, so I’m gonna talk realistic cost assessments and what you can do if you don’t feel that you have money to spend on skincare. There are definitely lots of things you can still do on a tiny budget that’ll make a big difference.
I’m also gonna discuss various philosophies of skincare and what my answer is to those who say we should age gracefully and not worry about skincare. Some of what I have to say might surprise you. #skincare #antiaging #skincareproducts #antiageing #dermatology #plasticsurgery #skincareroutine #lasers
*The BBL procedure I recommend for everyone is most effective with the “forever young” setting. So when you make a BBL appointment, ask them for the “forever young” option.

THREE THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION:
A. PROPER LAYERING OF PRODUCTS & ORDER
1. Human-sourced stem cell serum / growth factor serum (exosomes or biosomes increasingly in these though professional microneedling is best for getting exosomes)
2. Retinoid
3. Defenage/ Defensin / Anteage Accelerator (defensin products or products with defensins in it like the Defenage and the Anteage Accelerator product need to go on after the other serums/retinoids because they do have the effect of sort of "closing up the skin" scientifically, making it difficult for anything above to penetrate.
4. Moisturizer (this can go on after defensins because it will still have a moisturizing effect)
5. Sunscreen (if day) or sunscreen moisturizer (Sunscreen/spf always goes on last. And of course you don't ever use it at night. Don't use a moisturizer at night that has spf in it. If your day moisturizer has an spf, you need a separate night moisturizer without it.)
(If you can space out the application layering of products even by 10-20 minutes so they each get a little time to absorb, that's optimal. But even hurried application is much much better than nothing. I also like to sometimes use each product by itself so it gets some opportunities to work fully without any kind of interference. But that's just me. The point is to use the products.)
*Don't use Vitamin C serum with the other stuff. Just use once or twice a week separately like a special treatment. This is because a powerful Vitamin C serum can somewhat interfere sometimes with the other products. (You don't even want to use a citrus cleanser for this reason.)
B. Hormone replacement therapy is a very important recommendation for women when they hit their 40s. Get your hormones tested and consider bio-identical hormone replacement. Hormones are a key element in collagen and elastin production and skin and tissue youthfulness. Hormones even relate to bone, muscle, and fat retention, which is important for youthful skin and skin "scaffolding."
C. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Even integrating some of these suggestions and products on a semi-regular basis will help. Be the tortoise not the hare because it's the tortoise who wins the race in the end.
LINK FOR PURCHASING ANTEAGE MD PRODUCTS: You normally have to go through a local provider (doctor or aesthetician) for the MD version of Anteage serums, but currently the SkinElite website is selling MD products. I purchased one and it was legit.
Serum (has the most important stem cell stuff)
with Accelerator (has a defensin similar to but not as strong as Defenage, along with some great antioxidants and peptides, and a retinollike product known as bakuchiol)

I only did this video because people have been begging me for it. This video is gonna get killed by the algo and is a waste of time in terms of what's good for my channel.
So if you got anything out of this video--any helpful tips or information or insights--I'd very much appreciate a small tip if you can handle it. I know times are tough but even the cost of a coffee helps me. :)
