I JUST FILED AN AMICUS BRIEF IN JUSTIN BALDONI'S LAWSUIT VS BLAKE LIVELY-- I READ & DISCUSS IT :)

I’ve got a little reason to celebrate—I just finished and submitted an Amicus Curiae brief to the court in Justin Baldoni vs Blake Lively. I apologize that it took longer than expected because I have a lot going on in my life and a job and stuff, and I also underestimated what was required to do something like this for the first time, but lesson learned.:)

Ive been told it can take several days for a letter to post to the docket once submitted, so it could be midweek before it shows up there. I am going out of town the next several days so I’m probably just gonna wait until the Baldoni vs Blake Lively court posts my brief to the docket and then I’ll repost it here and do a short video on it.

Fyi the file I submitted to the Court was several pages longer than what I went over tonight on the livestream—I cut out some pages and a bunch of citations for time's sake because it was late and I had to catch a 5 AM flight 🤣 but I did want to show everyone the letter so you wouldn’t have to wait for the docket filing to get a sense of what I wrote.

This livestream gave me an opportunity to explain my rationale on this subject and why decided it was worth it to submit a letter of my own.
