Dr. Haywood Robinson is a leading voice in the pro-life movement and serves as the director of medical affairs and education at 40 Days for Life, the largest pro-life organization in the world. He recently wrote a book with his late wife, Dr. Noreen Johnson, “The Scalpel and the Soul: Our Radical Transformation as Husband and Wife Abortion Doctors,” where he shares how the abortion industry is devoid of true compassion.
After getting married and completing their residency, Dr. Robinson and Dr. Johnson came to the saving knowledge of Christ and were soon convinced by God’s word which exposed the living lie they led as hired killers of preborn children. They stopped performing abortions in the 1980s although they continued to practice medicine together until they retired in 2019. Dr. Noreen Johnson hailed from Trinidad and Tobago and graduated from the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. She was a pioneer, bringing laparoscopic surgery to Tobago and robotic surgery to College Station, Texas. On August 28, 2021, she passed away due to complications from COVID-19. Her favorite verse: 2 Timothy 1:7—For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
