On September 11th, 2001, Terry Strada's husband was murdered as terrorists flew jetliners into the World Trade Center in New York City. Since then, many have asked questions about how the 19 hijackers were able to carry out such a sophisticated plot. Many have suggested the Saudi government helped finance the hijackers.
Earlier this month, President Obama threatened to veto the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, or JASTA. On September 28th, both the House and Senate overrode President Obama's veto, establishing a way to hold sponsors of terrorism accountable and secure justice for the survivors of these horrific attacks.
